 There are a few ways for us to get your signs
1. Have them shipped directly to our warehouse or drop them off whenever is convenient
2. Submit a "delivery/pickup" order through our online portal for us to come pick them up from from the manufacturer, your home, office, etc.
3. Leave them at your next listing and we will pick them up when we complete your order

It is the agents responsibility to order accordingly within the HOA guidelines

There is a missing post fee of $100 plus any rented or add on items. If we get the post back, that fee will be waived from your account

If there is an irrigation system or electric dog fence, we do require the home owner mark the location for the post to be installed to avoid any damages. If any damages occur because the location for installation was not marked, Badger Lister is not responsible for the cost of repair.

All land properties need to be marked where you need the post installed, any type of marker is ok for example a flag or stick with ribbon around it. Just let us know what the marker will be in specific instructions.

No, we cannot make appointments, our instsllers service certain zipcodes each day. If the homeowner or Agent want a specific location, it needs to be marked before we get there.

We do not require 811 to be called. But we do recommend the agent or broker to call as a preventative safety measure.
